This policy explains how AdFeed Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information on this website, adfeedstudio.com. It covers the marketing website only. Each of our Shopify apps has its own separate privacy policy, linked at the end.

Summary. This is a static informational site. We do not run accounts, logins, or contact forms, and we do not sell data. The only optional tracking is anonymous website analytics, which stays switched off until you accept it in the cookie banner.

1. Who we are

AdFeed Studio is a software studio based in Sofia, Bulgaria, that builds Shopify apps (Dostavi.bg, AdFeedStudio App, and PayVeto Blacklist COD). For anything on this website, we are the data controller.

2. Information we collect

The website itself asks you for nothing — there is no account, login, newsletter, or contact form. We may process:

Anonymous analytics — only if you accept analytics cookies (see section 3). This measures page visits and general usage; it is not used to identify you.
Server logs — like any website, our hosting provider processes standard request data (IP address, browser/user-agent, timestamp, page requested) briefly, for security, abuse prevention, and reliability.
Email you send us — if you write to us at the address above, we process your message and contact details to reply. We do not use them for marketing.

We do not collect payment data, and we do not build advertising profiles of visitors.

3. Cookies, analytics and consent

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand, in aggregate, which parts of the site are useful. It runs under Google Consent Mode v2: analytics storage is denied by default, so no analytics cookies are set until you choose Accept in the cookie banner. Choosing Only necessary leaves analytics off and the site works normally.

Your choice is remembered in your browser’s local storage (key afs_consent_v1), not sent to us as an account record. You can change it any time by clearing the site’s storage in your browser, which brings the banner back.

If we ever enable Microsoft Clarity (aggregate usage analytics), it loads only after you accept analytics; it is currently off.

We do not use advertising, personalization, or cross-site tracking cookies.

4. Fonts and other third parties

The site loads web fonts from Google Fonts. To serve them, Google receives your IP address and browser information as part of the request. This happens so the pages render in the intended typefaces.

The third parties that may process data for this website are: Google (Fonts, and Analytics only with your consent), Microsoft (Clarity, only if enabled and consented), and our hosting provider (serving the site and keeping short-lived logs). We do not share data with advertisers or data brokers.

5. Legal bases (EEA/UK)

Where the GDPR applies, our legal bases are: consent for analytics cookies (which you can withdraw at any time); and our legitimate interests in keeping the site secure, reliable, and in answering messages you send us.

6. Retention

Server logs are kept only briefly for security and operations. Analytics data is retained in aggregate according to our Google Analytics settings. Email you send us is kept as long as needed to handle your request.

7. International transfers

Google and Microsoft may process data outside the EEA (for example in the United States). Where required, such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and applicable adequacy frameworks.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw analytics consent at any time. To exercise any of these, contact support@adfeedstudio.com.

You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority. In Bulgaria this is the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP / КЗЛД).
